Ingredients

  • 6 cherry (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pear (s)
  • 3 leaves oak leaf lettuce
  • 4 stalks parsley, smooth
  • Radishes, 3 - 4 leaves from the green
  • Kohlrabi, 3 - 4 leaves from the young green
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the cherries, place in a blender jar. Halve, peel and core the pear (if you want, you can also use the pear with its skin and casing), add half of the pear to the cherries. Pluck 3-4 leaves each from the lettuce, radishes and kohlrabi, wash and shake roughly dry, then add to the blender jar. Pluck the leaves of the parsley from the stalks and also place in the blender jar. Then add a small sip of water and puree the mixture with a hand blender, but preferably with a powerful mixer on a high level, until the smoothie is dark green. Add a sip of the water as needed.
  2. If you like, put it in the fridge again for a short time, but this green smoothie should be enjoyed as soon as possible after preparation.
