Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful cranberries, dried
  • 100 g lettuce
  • 1 bunch radishes, only the leaves them!
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled chia seeds
  • 600 ml still water

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple, remove the stalk and remove the flower. Cut into pieces with the core and shell and place in the blender with the cranberries. Wash the lettuce and radish leaves well and also put them in the blender. Add the chia seeds and fill up with water.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes at the highest level or use the green smoothie program. I mix this portion 2 times. Keeps in the refrigerator for 3 days.
