An unusual combination of ingredients sometimes gives amazing results! A bright green smoothie with grapes, spinach, and cucumber turns out with a very original, fresh, moderately sweet taste. A simple option for a light and nutritious breakfast or snack.
Cook: 10 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
Grapes – 100 g
Cucumbers – 100 g
Spinach (frozen or fresh) – 70 g
Flax seeds (for serving, optional) – to taste
Directions
Rinse the grapes, remove twigs and spoiled berries. Optionally, a few grapes can be set aside for serving.
Wash the cucumbers and trim off the ends on both sides. If desired, the peel can also be removed if it is tough. You can also set aside a few slices of cucumber for serving if desired. Combine grapes and cucumbers in a blender bowl. Add spinach.
Beat on high speed until smooth. The smoothie turns out to be quite thick, so if you want a slightly thinner drink, add a little purified drinking water and whisk again on high power.
Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and serve. Serve the ready-made smoothie to the table, garnish with cucumber slices and grapes if desired. I also sprinkled it with a small number of flax seeds.
Bon Appetit!
