  • 1 handful lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped honey
  • 250 ml mineral water

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until a nice green liquid is obtained. Add a little more mineral water if necessary.
  2. Note: The recipe can be expanded with any imaginable ingredient, e.g. kiwi and ginger.
