  • 1 handful spinach
  • 100 g cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 ½ banana (s)
  • 0.5 ½ mango (s), very ripe, or canned
  • 1 teaspoon linseed oil or oil, neutral
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • water

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach and ideally put it in the blender first. Chop the cucumber, banana and mango and add. Add the remaining ingredients as well. For more sweetness I added some of the canned liquid to the mango, but honey does it too. Finally add about 50-100 ml of water and mix everything thoroughly.
  2. The oil / linseed oil does not give off any taste, but is necessary so that the vitamins can be absorbed. If you drink the smoothie in the evening, it is not necessary to add any oil, as you usually still have some fat in your stomach. However, you should add something to breakfast in the morning. In addition, linseed oil contains a lot of omega 3.
