Ingredients

  • 250 g reen spelled, whole rains
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 3 teaspoons vegetable stock, soluble, or homemade vegetable stock powder
  • 1 bunch marjoram, savory or parsley
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

  1. Wash the green spelled in a sieve and soak in 1/2 liter of water overnight.
  2. Cook in the soaking water, seasoned with the vegetable stock powder, for 30 minutes, then let soak for another 20 minutes.
  3. Fold in the finely chopped herbs and butter.
  4. Easy to prepare. Simply reheat with the butter before serving.
