Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork fillet (s), cut into cubes
  • 2 packs feta cheese, cut into larger pieces
  • 2 zucchini, cut into long, thin strips
  • 4 small onions, peel and quarter
  • 2 bell peppers, any color, cut into large cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil, to be drizzled on

Instructions

  1. Season the meat and zucchini slices to taste.
  2. Then wrap the feta pieces individually in a zucchini slice.
  3. Always place the meat, feta in zucchini, onion quarters and peppers one after the other on the grill skewers, the amount depends on the length of the skewers.
  4. Drizzle the finished skewers with a little olive oil. Then cook on all sides on the grill.

  6. You can also use poultry, e.g. turkey fillet, then the grilling time is significantly reduced.
