Ingredients

  • 4 banana (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon almond (s), ground
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) ginger
  • 1 pinch (s) curry powder

Instructions

  1. Place the bananas on the hot table grill and grill for about 20 minutes until the skin is black. Mix the butter with the coconut flakes, almonds and honey. Season to taste with ginger and curry. Halve the bananas, cut lengthways but do not cut through. Pour the coconut butter into the incisions and serve.
  2. Vanilla ice cream goes well with it.
