Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 220 ° C, preferably with a grill. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix the oil, finely chopped garlic, and crumbled feta or tofu. Spread the mixture over the bread. Place tomato slices on top. Grill the breads until the cheese turns color.
