- Prepare your ingredients.
- Dice the courgette, cheese, onion and chop the herbs.
- Fry the onion with butter until golden brown.
- Mix minced meat with eggs, herbs, add spices. Stir.
- Add the zucchini to the onion, fry until the zucchini is tender.
- Cool and add to minced meat.
- Stir thoroughly, shape into meatballs, add a piece of cheese.
- Fry the meatballs in a preheated grill pan until cooked on both sides.
