Instructions

  1. After the main grilling, place the bananas unpeeled on the grill while it is still hot and wait until the lower side is really black and shiny (doesn`t look nice, but it`s just the peel ).
  2. Then turn the banana over and cut in half lengthways and depending on the thickness with a sharp knife. Tip: it should be held together by the skin at both ends. Now just break the chocolate bar into small pieces and use them to fill the slot in the banana.
  3. Wait briefly until the chocolate has melted and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or some egg liqueur (for the adults) or whatever your heart desires on a plate with a small spoon and cake fork.
