Ingredients

  • 4 fish (s) (trout), fresh, ready to cook
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 2 lime (s)
  • 4 sprigs thyme, fresh
  • Salt, coarse
  • pepper
  • Oil, refined

Instructions

  1. Clean ready-to-cook fish well and then dry them with kitchen paper. Cut the lemons and limes into very thin slices.
  2. Then rub the inside of the fish with salt and pepper. Then place the lime and lemon slices alternately next to each other in the fish (if they stick out a bit, that`s fine), but leave room for the thyme. Divide this into 4 equal piles and place in the fish.
  3. Brush the outside of the fish finely with oil and grill in fish tongs over low heat.
  4. Mustard cream or horseradish cream goes well with it.
