Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, waxy
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ rosemary
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ parsley
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ thyme
  • some salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and butter in a small saucepan. Braise the garlic in it. Add the other herbs. If necessary, use more herbs, depending on your taste, and season with salt and pepper. Take off the stove.
  3. When the potatoes are done, cut them into thick slices and brush with the herb mixture.
  4. Grill the potatoes on the grill for 10 minutes or a little longer until crispy, brushing the garlic-herb mixture every now and then.
