Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh

For the marinade:

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Ketjap Manis
  • 3 tablespoon ketjap asin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms.
  2. For the marinade, press the garlic and mix well with all the ingredients.
  3. Put the marinade in a fresh-keeping container with a lid, add the mushrooms and close the container. Turn the can several times so that the marinade comes to all of the mushrooms. Let it steep overnight.
  4. Then drain the marinade and put the mushrooms on skewers. Grill for about 10 minutes.
