  • 600 g sheep cheese
  • 5 m. Tomato (s), ripe

Instructions

  1. It is best to preheat the oven to 220 ° C with a convection grill.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into the olive oil with the garlic press. Cut the sheep`s cheese into 1/2 cm thick slices with a sharp knife and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with half of the garlic oil.
  3. Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove the stalk, cut in half, place on the sheep`s cheese with the cut surface facing up, season with salt, pepper and drizzle with the remaining garlic oil. Slide it into the oven on the 2nd rail from below and bake for about 15 minutes - this varies a lot depending on the oven.
