Grilled Squid

Summer is the perfect time to get out into nature more often for relaxation. And what kind of picnic is complete without delicious food? I’ll tell you how to grill squid. Fast, tasty and effortless!

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Squid – 2 Pieces (carcasses)
  • Vinegar – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. We wash and clean the squid carcasses. Cut into 4 longitudinal pieces. Rub the carcasses with salt and pepper. We moisten wooden skewers with water, put squid on them. For the marinade: Combine vinegar, vegetable oil, and any spices. Pour the marinade over the squid kebab. Marinate for 2 hours in a cool place.
  2. Fry kebabs on the grill / grill. 3-4 minutes on each side. During the frying process, you can water the squid with the rest of the marinade.
