  • 4 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • oregano
  • garlic
  • Chilli powder
  • herbs Provence
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F).
  2. Brush a baking dish with the oil.
  3. Halve the tomatoes and place them in the dish with the cut surface facing upwards.
  4. Season the tomatoes to taste with oregano, garlic, chilli powder, and herbs Provence.
  5. Chop the onion and scatter it around the tomatoes.
  6. Crumble or cut the sheep cheese into pieces and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
  7. Dot with butter flakes.
  8. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
