Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (jalapeno)
  • 250 g pasta
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the turkey schnitzel on both sides. Then grill for 5 minutes on both sides. Cut the mozzarella into slices, place on top of the turkey schnitzel and grill for another 3-5 minutes.
  2. If you take mushrooms out of the jar, drain them and put them in a saucepan with the oil. If you like, fry the mushrooms briefly. Otherwise, add the tomato puree, the tomato paste, the sliced jalapeno pod and 3 finely chopped garlic cloves to the saucepan. Mix with salt, pepper and the other spices and simmer over medium heat. Stir it again and again. At the end, add the peppers in small cubes.
  3. Put the pasta in salted, boiling water to which a clove of garlic (pressed or sliced) has just been placed. This gives the noodles a pleasant garlic aroma. Cook according to the instructions on the packet.
