Grilled Zucchini

A simple and popular recipe for cooking zucchini. The thickness of the sliced ​​zucchini is of great importance, because very thin ones can break, and thick ones can burn, but not fry inside.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 2 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 50 Milliliters (for frying)
  • Salt, black pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare food. Wash zucchini under running water, remove soft spots, if any, cut off the tails.
  2. Cut the zucchini into rings of the same thickness, from 0.7 mm to 1 cm, with a sharp knife. Salt and pepper the zucchini circles to taste.
  3. Put the zucchini directly into the heated oil and fry over low heat.
  4. Turn the circles over, fry on the other side until soft.
  5. Zucchini, fried in circles, are ready. Serve warm.
