Ingredients

  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g butter, (half fat possible)
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 6 egg (s), separated
  • 150 g suar, brown
  • 100 grams flour
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 75 g almond (s), in sticks
  • Couverture, almond sticks and powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with water over low heat while stirring, stir in the butter.
  2. Beat egg yolks and sugar until very creamy and stir in the chocolate mixture.
  3. Sift the flour, mix with the almonds and baking powder and pour over.
  4. Then beat the egg white until stiff and fold in carefully with the almond sticks.
  5. Put the dough in a greased springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  6. For garnishing, for example, stick almond sticks with a little couverture on the surface and dust them with icing sugar.
