Guacamole with Homemade Chips

Ingredients

  • Tortillas – 3-4 Pieces (or lavash)
  • Avocado – 1 Piece
  • Tomato – 1 Piece
  • Onion – 1/4 Piece
  • Lime juice – 1 Piece
  • Chili Pepper – To taste
  • Cilantro – 1 Bunch
  • Water – 2 Art. spoons
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. First, prepare the vegetables: cut the onion, tomato and chili into small cubes. Chop the cilantro. Mix everything well.
  2. Next, remove the avocado pulp and mash it with a fork. Add lime wedge juice and water to it, mix well.
  3. Next, combine the chopped vegetables, herbs and avocado puree together, stirring well.
  4. Cut the tortillas or pita bread into large triangles and fry in a dry frying pan on both sides until golden brown. Serve the guacamole with these chips.
