Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 pinch clove (s), ground
  • 1 teaspoon herbs Provence
  • 1 tablespoon bacon, fatty, smoked, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Leave out the bacon in the pan and sauté the onions and peppers until translucent. Moisten the breadcrumbs with milk and the eggs, mix the minced meat well with all the other ingredients
  2. Grease a Guglhupf pan and pour in the meat batter. Bake in a preheated oven with fan-assisted air for 45 minutes at 175 °.
  3. Let rest for a few minutes before turning over.
