Ingredients

  • 250 g ummy bears
  • 150 g chocolate, white
  • 440 ml milk
  • 100 g cream
  • 2 egg yolks, fresh
  • 50 g honey, (blossom honey)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 6 tablespoon apple juice
  • Gummy bears, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Soak a third of the gummy bears in 1/4 liter of water the evening before.
  2. On the day of preparation, break the chocolate into pieces and melt with 4 tablespoons of milk in a water bath while stirring. Let the whole thing cool down a bit and stir in the cream and the rest of the milk. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  3. In the meantime, beat the egg yolks with the honey, sugar and salt until creamy until the mixture is almost white. Pour the chocolate milk into the egg yolk mixture, mix everything together well. Pour the ice cream mixture into the running ice cream maker and let it freeze for about 35 minutes.
  4. Melt the soaked gummy bears in a water bath with the apple juice while stirring.
  5. Stir the pieces of gummy bears and melted gummy bears into the ice cream mixture.
  6. Fill the ice cream mass into sand molds bought for this purpose only. Smooth the surface. Cover the molds and place them in the freezer. Stand out for a few minutes before serving and serve decorated with gummy bears.
