Instructions

  1. The gummy bears can be sour, red, yellow and sweet. Important: Please do not use the ones that have the white foam, it doesn`t taste good!
  2. Put the gummy bears in a saucepan and melt on the highest setting while stirring. When the gummy bears dissolve, immediately deglaze with 500 ml apple juice (cloudy or clear) and stir until everything has dissolved!
  3. Then close the pot with a lid and take it off the stove, because now the syrup has to cool down a bit. During this time, prepare the bottle for the liqueur. Wash it out with hot water and decorate it as you wish
  4. Please check the syrup in between, because the gelatine can make it solid again, even with vegan gummy bears.
  5. Now try to see if this syrup tastes good. You can also add cane sugar to taste. When the syrup is good, stir in the vodka to taste. Pay attention to how strong you want the liqueur to be. Then transfer to the bottle.
  6. Don`t worry - if it should solidify - it will become liquid again at room temperature or by heating it up slightly.
  7. Tip: Put an ice cube in the shot glass before drinking. If you want, you can also mix the liqueur well with energy drinks.
