  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and cook for about 15 minutes.
  2. Fry the gyros in the pan. Meanwhile, clean the peppers and cut into cubes, peel the onion and also cut into small cubes. Add peppers and onions to the gyros and fry briefly. Add the tomatoes, their juice and the cream to the pan and bring everything to a boil.
  3. Drain the potatoes, place in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Season the contents of the pan with salt, pepper and plenty of paprika powder and pour onto the potatoes. Crumble the feta over it.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes until the cheese has taken a little color, then take it out and enjoy.
