  • 500 g yros meat
  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • 350 g mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 600 ml hollandaise sauce
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

  1. First clean the mushrooms and peppers and cut into small pieces. Meanwhile, put on the pasta water. When the water boils, add the pasta.
  2. Fry the gyros meat. Of course, you can either cut and season meat yourself or buy ready-seasoned meat. When the meat is almost done, add the peppers, mushrooms, and the frozen peas. Season with the herbs and a little salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and then put in a baking dish. Put some grated cheese on top of the pasta, then spread the gyros meat with the vegetables on top. Spread the hollandaise sauce, homemade or a ready-made product, over it and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  4. Bake the casserole in the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C until the cheese is slightly brown.
  5. This casserole tastes really great, but of course it`s a calorie bomb.
