Ingredients

  • 500 g meat (yros)
  • 400 g penne
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 1 small Can (s) mushrooms
  • 1 small bell pepper (s)
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon basil
  • 2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cl Metaxa
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • olive oil
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Cut the pepper into small pieces and dice. Fry the mushrooms and peppers in olive oil. Then set aside and fry the meat.
  2. When the meat is done, add the tomatoes, tomato paste, cream, metaxa, chilli, garlic and the spices. Then add 50 g of cheese (about a handful). Stir well and bring to the boil briefly until the cheese has melted. Then add the peppers and mushrooms and stir well.
  3. Then put everything together with the pasta in a baking dish and mix. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
