Ingredients

  • 4 cup / s spelled, either grits or groats, kernel otto or flakes, or a mixture everything
  • 8 cup water
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pinches galangal
  • 2 pinch (s) Bertram
  • a lot cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons almond (s), chopped
  • 2 teaspoons flea seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the spelled in water for 10-20 minutes while stirring constantly. Add apple wedges with spices, continue simmering over low heat until the apples are soft. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and psyllium and serve hot.
  2. I make this Habermus for breakfast. It is worth it, very healthy and a good start to the day.
