Ingredients

  • 250 g shallot (s) or onions
  • 550 g minced meat
  • 650 g bell pepper (s)
  • 500 g rice
  • 1 ½ liters water
  • 1 can tomatoes, chunky
  • 1 gr. Can (s) beans, green
  • 0.5 ½ pack Brunch Paprika spread
  • 200 g yourt, mild
  • salt and pepper
  • Seasoning (s), to taste
  • 1 can corn

Instructions

  1. Finely dice shallots / onions and fry with the minced meat. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces, add and fry briefly. Add rice and fill up with water. Add chunky tomatoes and beans and cook everything until done, observing the instructions on the rice package.
  2. Stir in the brunch and yoghurt, season with the spices and finally add the corn.
