Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some garlic
  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 400 g feta cheese or ouda
  • 200 g sour cream or sour cream
  • some Milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. First take the puff pastry out of the package so that it can thaw.
  2. In the meantime, cut the onions into half rings and fry them in a pan with the minced meat.
  3. Then add some garlic and the spices (depending on your taste). Then the tomato paste is mixed with the mince.
  4. The puff pastry is rolled out evenly and laid out on a baking sheet. The mince from the pan is then distributed.
  5. Crumble or grate the feta cheese or Gouda cheese and mix it with the sour cream or sour cream. Add a little milk to make the mixture a little creamier. Then spread this over the mince on the puff pastry.
  6. Then bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at about 250 degrees (elec.) For about 30 minutes.
