Ingredients

  • 250 g cheese (halloumi)
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chilli powder
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Herbs, e.g. chives etc.
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the halloumi into slightly thicker slices, season with a little oil, salt, paprika, chilli and pepper and fry in a pan.
  2. In the meantime, wash, cut, spin and dress the salad with vinegar, oil and the spices.
  3. Remove the halloumi from the pan when it is golden brown and serve with the salad.
