Ingredients

  • 1 kg pasta (spaghetti)
  • 900 g sauce (pasta sauce), homemade or finished product
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup, eggs
  • 1 tablespoon basil, fresh or
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 200 g olives, with paprika fillin
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix together the minced meat, breadcrumbs, ketchup, eggs and basil. Shape this mixture into about 30 small meatballs.
  2. Press an olive (paprika outwards) into each of the balls. Put the finished eyeballs in a baking pan and pour the pasta sauce over them. Bake for 45 minutes.
  3. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, rinse and mix with the olive oil to prevent them from sticking together.
  4. Now place the spaghetti in portions on a plate, garnish with eyeballs and pasta sauce.
  5. Variation: Instead of normal spaghetti, simply serve black noodles. If you like, you can also add some cheese over the whole thing to be gratinated. The eyeballs should be left out because of the effect.
