  • salt and pepper
  • some basil
  • 1 teaspoon clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Finely cut the ham slices and mix with the grated cheese and the zest of a lemon zest. Depending on how hungry you are, whisk 2 to 3 eggs, finely chop the basil, add and season with salt and pepper. Mix the egg mixture and bake in a pan with a little clarified butter (a cast iron pan is best).
