- 2 leeks
- 100 g cooked ham

- Lightly grease a large baking dish and spread half of the puff pastry on the base. Build a small border at the same time. Then crack 6 eggs and prick the yolks lightly with a fork, but do not stir. Cut the leek into fine strips and distribute them into the egg. Salt and pepper a little. Spread the cooked ham in strips on top, then pour the cheese on top. Cover everything with the rest of the puff pastry and brush the beaten egg over it.
- Bake at about 200 ° C for about 25 minutes, until the surface is nice and brown and crispy.
