Ingredients

  • 6 slices cooked ham
  • 500 g meat
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • 2 cups cream, 400 g
  • 0.75 ¾ Tube (s) tomato paste, 150 g
  • some Milk
  • 150 g mozzarella, rated, or other rated cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 pinches sugar
  • Paprika powder
  • Pizza seasoning or herbs Provence

Instructions

  1. Season the meat if it is not seasoned enough. Then form 6 rolls out of it and place them on the cooked ham slices and then roll them up.
  2. Place the rolls side by side in a baking dish. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the rolls. If there is some mozzarella left over, divide it into small pieces next to the rolls.
  3. Now mix the tomato paste with the cream and some milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add 2 pinches of sugar and the other spices and season to taste.
  4. Pour the sauce over the rolls and place the pan in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C, then spread the grated cheese over it and bake again for about 25 minutes.
