Ingredients

  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 100 g ham, raw, e.. Parma
  • 50 g rocket
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 5 cocktail tomatoes
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • Balsamic Cream, or Vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the mozzarella and cut lengthways into four to five slices, wrapping each one tightly with a slice of ham.
  2. Clean the rocket and tomatoes, then cut the tomatoes into quarters and arrange both ingredients on a plate. Pour the olive oil over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the ham and mozzarella rolls in the oven preheated to 150 ° for approx. 4 minutes. The mozzarella should soften but not melt.
  4. Now distribute the wraps on the plate as well and decorate with the balsamic cream and parmesan if you like.
  5. Of course, Italian white bread (ciabatta) tastes good with it.
