Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 packet ham, diced (Kat ham, double pack)
- 1 pot chives
- oil

- Sear the ham in a pan in a little oil so that it becomes really crispy. Then pour it into the sour cream while still hot and stir vigorously. Finally add the finely chopped chives and stir in. Then just chill.
- Tastes great with fresh bread and wheat beer!
