Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (e.. colored spirals)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 300 g broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk (possibly a little more)
  • 1 packet sauce powder (herb sauce for ¼ l liquid)
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 4 slices cheese (Gouda)
  • margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente, also cook the broccoli in salted water until al dente.
  2. Finely dice the onion, dice the cooked ham and fry both in a little margarine. Pour in the milk and bring to the boil, stir in the herb sauce and let it boil briefly. Add the processed cheese in small pieces and bring the sauce to the boil again.
  3. Put the cooked pasta in a greased baking dish and spread the broccoli on top of the pasta. Pour the ham and cheese sauce evenly over the top. Cover everything with the Gouda and bake at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
