Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil, for frying
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, fresh

Instructions

  1. Chop the parsley, whisk the cream with the egg yolks and season with salt and pepper to taste. Dice the ham.
  2. Cook the ribbon noodles al dente according to the instructions on the packet, take them out of the pot and set aside.
  3. Steam the onions in a little oil in the pasta pot until translucent, add the ham and fry briefly. Add the pasta again and mix everything well. Add the cream and egg mixture, heat up very briefly, do not boil! The crowd should not falter!
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
