Ingredients

  • 500 g spaetzle (but also works with other noodles, e.. croissants)
  • 200 g ham, cooked, sliced
  • 3 egg (s)
  • salt
  • Oil, neutral

Instructions

  1. Prepare spaetzle or noodles according to the package instructions, pour into a sieve, quench briefly and drain well. Cut the ham into narrow strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan, briefly fry the ham vigorously. Add the pasta and mix everything together well. Add eggs and stir in well. Fry over medium heat until the eggs are set.
  3. Season with salt and serve.
