Ingredients

  • 400 g ribbon pasta, reen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta. In the meantime, peel and dice the onions and sauté them in the oil in a heated, coated pan. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices, add and cook for a few minutes. Cut the ham into small strips and add to the pan as well. Peel, press and add the garlic. Finally, add the crème fraîche, lemon juice, the chopped herbs and spices to the mixture and heat briefly.
  2. Drain the pasta, mix with the pan and serve.
