Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g ham - sausae
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • some spice mix (barbeque)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some cumin

Instructions

  1. Cut the ham sausage, onion and mushrooms into small pieces. Mix with sour cream and grated cheese and season with the barbeque spice mixture. Spread on the puff pastry, roll up. Brush the strudel with egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  2. Bake at 160 ° C (hot air) for about 35 minutes.
