Ingredients

  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • salt and pepper

  • 1 pack strudel sheets

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and dice the zucchini and peppers. Peel and dice the onion, place in a wide pan with the olive oil and let it turn to glass. Peel and squeeze the garlic.
  2. Add zucchini and paprika and fry with. Dice the ham and stir in. Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Spread the filling evenly on the strudel pastry sheets and roll up the strudel.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
