  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 3 cucumber (s) (gherkins)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • 1 small onion (s) or shallot
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • some cucumber liquid

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the egg, gherkins, parsley, dill, onion and capers, mix with the mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and some liquid from the gherkins.
