  1. Make the BBQ sauce: In a saucepan, combine 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 1 crushed garlic clove, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 1 minute, then taste and adjust seasoning.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F). Preheat grill to high heat.
  3. Prepare the apple slaw: In a non-metallic bowl, combine mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Add the sliced apples and toss until coated.
  4. Brush the pork fillet halves with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the grilled pork to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F). Remove and tent with foil to keep warm.
  6. Brush the pineapple slices with olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Brush the cut sides of the hamburger buns with olive oil and place on the grill for 1 minute until toasted.
  8. Remove the pork from foil and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Assemble the hamburgers: Brush the cut side of each bun bottom with BBQ sauce. Top with pineapple slices, chopped pork, apple slaw, and arugula leaves. Cap with the bun top.
