Ingredients
Apples (“Grani Smith” or “Semerenko”), peeled, thinly sliced - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise – 0.3333 cup
White wine vinegar – 1 ½ tbsp
Sea salt

Pork fillet, cut in half – 300 g
Olive oil
Pineapple, peeled and sliced thinly – 150 g
Hamburger buns, cut horizontally into two parts – 4 pcs.
BBQ sauce (Combine in a saucepan 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 1 crushed garlic, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook 1 minute. Judge.)
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the sliced apples in a non-metallic bowl. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss with apples
Preheat your grill (barbecue) to high heat. Brush the meat with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the pork for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Cover the cooked meat.
Brush pineapple slices with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Grease the buns with butter and grill for 1 minute. Chop the pork. Brush the buns with barbecue sauce, top with pineapple slices, meat, apples with mayonnaise, and arugula.
