Ingredients

  • 550 g pulled pork
  • 50 g sheep cheese
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 275 g puff pastry
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Bbq sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the finished pulled pork in a baking dish with a lid according to the instructions. Pour off the sauce. Pull the pulled pork apart with 2 forks. Season to taste with BBQ sauce and allow to cool.
  2. Lay out the puff pastry and cut about 1/3 every 2 cm on the side. Spread 3/4 of the meat in the middle. Leave about 2 cm of dough protruding at the beginning and end.
  3. Cut the sheep`s cheese into strips and place them lengthways on top. Spread half of the grated cheese and then the rest of the meat on top. Mix the egg yolks with the milk. Alternately fold or braid the puff pastry on the right and left and stick it repeatedly with the egg yolk. Sprinkle with the remaining egg yolk and grated cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees hot air for about 35 minutes.
