Harris Bread Snack with Chicken and Mushrooms

Toasted bread snack, stuffed, breaded with cheese crackers.
Servings: 3
Ingredients
- Bread “Harris” (Harry “s) – 6 pieces
- Chicken fillet – 70 g
- Smoked brisket – 40 g
- Bryndza cheese – 40 g
- Onions – 40 g
- Dried porcini mushrooms – 40 g (boiled)
- Cheese cracker
Directions
- Making a snack from bread with chicken and mushrooms.
- Cut the slightly frozen breast into small cubes.
- Cut the brisket, boiled mushrooms, onion, feta cheese a little larger.
- First fry the onion, then add the chicken, after a minute the brisket and mushrooms. Fry for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally, and remove from heat.
- Add cheese and chopped green onions. Salt and pepper.
- Grind the cracker into small crumbs.

- We take two slices of bread, grease the edges with an egg, put the filling in the middle of one piece of bread, cover with the other half of the bread, carefully pass our fingers along the edges of the bread, trying to glue them well.

- We put the finished copies on a baking sheet, and send the bread snack into the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, in convection mode, for 10 minutes.
