- 200 g Harz cheese
- 5 medium vine tomato (s)
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar modena
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- some parsley

- Cut the cheese into thin slices, halve the cheese slices if necessary. Also cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Place in a fan shape on the plate. Marinate with balsamic vinegar and oil. Season and sprinkle with parsley.
