Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 50 g bacon, mixed, smoked, diced
  • 1 large leek stick (s), cut into rings
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 liter meat stock (cubes)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Drain the mushrooms, cut into slices and sauté in the butter. Add the hot meat stock and bring to the boil. Mix the flour with the cream and stir into the boiling soup, simmer for about 8 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, fry the chopped bacon with onion cubes in the pan in oil until light brown. Add the leek and the minced meat (crumble), also fry until light brown. Fold everything into the soup, season with spices, melt the processed cheese in it.
